 Recipe for Glowing Skin

Relaxing Watermelon Mint Tonic

Packed with skin-nourishing vitamins A and C, this thirst-quenching tonic incorporates ashwagandha, a stress-reducing root from the Ayurvedic tradition.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic watermelon

  • 1 tablespoon Moodbeli Calming Adaptogen

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint plus extra for garnish (optional)

  • lime wedges (optional)

Directions:

Cut the rind off the watermelon and remove any large seeds. Add watermelon and Calming Adaptogen to a blender and blend on medium until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
